2026 ASANA Softball World Series Sponsorship
We, the Tucson Inferno Pride Softball organization, request that you consider sponsoring our organization as we host the 2026 ASANA Softball World Series (ASWS), October 19 – 24, 2026. We are planning for over 75 teams from all over the United States coming to Tucson to participate!
Specifically, we request that you sponsor our organization in any way you can to help make this event extremely successful as many softball travelers have never been to Tucson and we want to give them a taste of our wonderful city.
WHO WE ARE
We are a Tucson softball program under the nonprofit Performing Arts Social Society (PASS, Inc.). PASS, Inc. has been a nonprofit since 1971 when their mission was to take low socio-economic children to events like operas and baseball games. Today, the organization supports amateur sports teams, including softball and rugby.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide adults with an opportunity to play softball in a safe non-discriminatory, supportive environment. We foster self-confidence in athletics for a population that may have experienced ridicule or discrimination while participating in sports in their youth.
OUR SPECIFIC REQUEST
We ask that you provide financial assistance for the upcoming Tucson tournament and in return receive publicity and business benefits. We have the following options for sponsorship:
- Copper Sponsor: $200: You will have your business name/logo on the ASANA Softball World Series website; one dedicated social media post.
- Silver Sponsor: $500: You receive above benefits and a part of our scavenger hunt, described below.
- Gold Sponsor: $1,000: You receive above benefits, and your business name/logo on the ASANA and Tucson Inferno field banners.
- Turquoise Sponsor: $5,000: You receive above benefits, and your business name/logo on volunteer shirts as well as a Tucson team entered into the tournament with your business name.
- Diamond Sponsor: $10,000: You receive above benefits, with your business name/logo on all tournament branding, VIP treatment at Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and brand/logo on Tucson Inferno merchandise.
Sponsors may contribute in-kind swag (company-branded giveaways) at their expense, for tournament participants (towels, water bottles, chapstick, sunblock, etc.)

Scavenger Hunt
Our week-long scavenger hunt is a signature ASWS activity that gets players exploring the host city while having fun. Powered by the GooseChase app, teams complete photo and video challenges all week long, many designed to bring participants directly into local businesses.
For example, a mission might be: “Take a picture with four teammates eating a cheese crisp at a sponsor restaurant.” It’s a lively, memorable way to engage players and drive real foot traffic to our partners.
About ASANA
Founded in 2007, ASANA (Amateur Sports Alliance of North America) is a non-profit committed to advancing amateur athletics for all, emphasizing inclusivity across gender, age, race, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation. We focus on creating supportive and affirming spaces for cis women, trans men, trans women, non-binary, and agender individuals, whose identities have often been marginalized in traditional sports leagues.
With over 30 member cities across the United States, ASANA is building a nationwide community where people can compete, connect, and thrive on and off the field. TIPS has been a proud member of ASANA since 2024.
